Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Real Estate Development, Financial Services and Telecoms & IT sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.09%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230), which rose 5.07% or 1.00 points to trade at 20.72 at the close. Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co. (SE:2020) added 3.57% or 2.06 points to end at 59.80 and National Com Bnk (SE:1180) was up 2.94% or 1.45 points to 50.80 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Al Hokair Group (SE:1820), which lost 9.99% or 2.60 points to trade at 23.42 in late trade. Al-Tayyar Travel Group Holding Co. (SE:1810) declined 9.98% or 3.31 points to end at 29.85 and Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co (SE:8160) shed 6.40% or 1.14 points to 16.68.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 135 to 41 and 1 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.74% or 0.41 to $56.05 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.84% or 0.52 to hit $62.59 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.19% or 2.37 to trade at $1271.57 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.13% to 4.3474, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7505.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.06% at 94.89.
