The fund is co-managed by Nomura Investments Fund Advisers. The fund invests in fixed income markets of the United States. It invests through other funds in U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds that are rated below BBB- by S&P and Fitch or below Baa3 by Moody’s. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the ICE BofA US Cash Pay High Yield Constrained Index. BondBloxx ETF Trust - BondBloxx USD High Yield Bond Sector Rotation ETF was formed on November 6, 2012 and is domiciled in the United States.
