The fund's objective is to seek long-term capital appreciation while maintaining a secondary emphasis on generating income. Normally the fund is expected to have 70% of the portfolio invested in common stocks and 30% in fixed income investments and cash equivalents. The funds investments shall be limited to mutual funds, exchange traded funds, (ETFs), and/or collective investment funds.
