Investment Strategy

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the common stocks included in the Standard & Poor's 500® Composite Stock Price Index. The fund invests its assets in all of the common stocks included in the S&P 500®. The S&P 500® consists of approximately 500 large cap common stocks which together represent approximately 75% of the value of the total U.S. stock market. The weight of each stock in the index is determined by multiplying the stock price by the number of shares of that stock available for public trading.
