    • Under $8 is a good entry point imo but will wait to see what is said at earnings and see if dividend at risknof being cut. They own many properties that have Goc tenants so that is one reason i think they will do well during these times...but other tenants will default on paymwnts...

  • I THINK COMINAR IS A SOLID INVESTMENT The company has had a Tune-UP in Management last year and I expect a Profitable year so dividends are safe.
