The fund is co-managed by Westfield Capital Management Company, L.P., Blackrock Financial Management Inc., Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC and AllianceBernstein L.P. It invests in public equity markets of the United States. It invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization, within the market capitalization range of the Russell 2500 or Russell Mid Cap Index. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the Russell 2500 Index and the Russell 3000 Index. The fund employs internal research to create its portfolio.
