Investing.com - The number of building permits issued in Canada rose more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, Statistics Canada said that Canadian building permits rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 15.5%, from -9.5% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -9.8%.
Analysts had expected Canadian building permits to rise to 4.8% last month.
