Investing.com - Housing starts in Japan rose unexpectedly in the last quarter, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said that Japanese Housing Starts rose to a seasonally adjusted 9.8%, from 9.0% in the preceding quarter.
Analysts had expected Japanese Housing Starts to fall to 4.8% in the last quarter.
