* Announces second quarter financial results for 2015
* Says guidance withdrawn for fiscal 2015 as the company continues to
transition its business
* Second quarter 2015 revenues of $73.4 million, a decrease of 4.3% year over
year
* Implemented a workforce reduction plan of more than 200, or 13%
* Says appointment of James E. Lorimer as chief financial officer
* Says expect to reduce total compensation costs by approximately $10.0 million
on an annualized basis
* Says recorded restructuring charges of $4.2 million for the quarter ended
June 30, 2015
* Says expects to incur additional restructuring charges of approximately $7.5
million in the second half of the yea
* Expect net benefits from strategic measures to be reflected in results
commencing in Q3 2015, but primarily in Q4 2015
* Qtrly loss per share $ 1.26
