March 4 (Reuters) - Energy Fuels Inc EFR.TO :
* To increase its interest in Roca Honda Project - one of the largest and
highest-grade uranium projects in the U.S. - to 100 pct
* Entered into a non-binding LOI with Sumitomo Corp to acquire its 40 pct interest in Roca Honda Project
* Will pay to Sumitomo $1.0 million in cash, $1.5 million in common shares of co
* As consideration, Energy Fuels will also pay $4.5 million cash upon first
commercial production of uranium from Roca Honda Project
