* Td bank group reports fourth quarter and fiscal 2015 results
* Qtrly reported diluted earnings per share were $0.96
* Qtrly adjusted diluted earnings per share were $1.14
* Canadian retail delivered reported and adjusted net income of $1.5 billion in
the fourth quarter, an increase of 15% on a reported basis
* Says U.S. retail generated reported net income of US$452 million and adjusted
net income of US$491 million in the fourth quarter
* Says td ameritrade contributed US$84 million in earnings in quarter, an
increase of 9% compared with the fourth quarter last year
* Qtrly net interest income $4,887 million versus $4,457 million
* Qtrly revenue C$8,047 million versus C$7,452 million last year
* Qtqtrly provision for credit losses C$509 million versus C$371 million last
year
* Qtrly return on common equity adjusted 13.5 percent versus 14.0 percent last
year
