* Q3 REVENUE ROSE 26.5 PERCENT TO $30.2 MILLION

* SEES PRESSURE ON TRANSACTION LEVELS TO CONTINUE FOR BALANCE OF 2018 AND EXTEND INTO 2019

* INFORMATION SERVICES - CAPITAL EXPENDITURES HAVE BEEN REVISED TO BE BETWEEN $2.0 MILLION AND $4.0 MILLION AND WILL BE FUNDED THROUGH OPERATING CASH FLOW

* REVISED ITS CONSOLIDATED REVENUE GUIDANCE FROM BETWEEN $124.0 AND $130.0 MILLION TO BETWEEN $118.0 MILLION AND $124.0 MILLION FOR 2018

* CONSOLIDATED EBITDA MARGIN IS EXPECTED TO BE BETWEEN 26.0 PER CENT AND 29.0 PER CENT FOR 2018
