* FOREIGN INCOME ON EARNINGS GENERATED BY WHEATON INTERNATIONAL WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO TAX IN CANADA

* TRANSFER PRICING PENALTIES IN REASSESSMENTS WILL BE REVERSED

* ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEE WILL RESULT IN INCREASED INCOME GENERATED BY WHEATON IN CANADA THAT IS SUBJECT TO CANADIAN TAX
