** BBVA BBVA.MC said it was looking at the possible sale of its retail bank in Chile after Canada's Bank of Nova Scotia BNS.TO expressed an interest in buying up to 100 percent. German aviation investor Hans Rudolf Woehrl wants to tie up with another bidder, preferably Lufthansa LHAG.DE to buy up insolvent airline Air Berlin AB1.DE and turn it into a charter carrier, his firm Intro said. French luxury department store Galeries Lafayette is to buy a majority stake in online and catalog retailer La Redoute, the companies said, in a deal Lafayette said would deliver cost-savings and boost its digital businesses. Britain's AstraZeneca AZN.L offered to buy Japanese drugmaker Daiichi Sankyo Co 4568.T last year, a business magazine reported.
