Danish telecoms company TDC TDC.CO has received a $6.65-billion takeover offer for all its shares from Australia's Macquarie and three Danish pension funds and recommended that shareholders accept the offer. Danish telecoms group TDC TDC.CO will abandon its planned $2.5 billion takeover of Swedish MTG's MTGb.ST broadcasting and entertainment business if an approach it has received leads to a concrete offer, it said.
