Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.72%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 1.92% or 12.0 points to trade at 637.5 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) added 0.96% or 5.5 points to end at 579.0 and Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) was up 0.61% or 1.80 points to 298.20 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Nets A/S (CO:NETS), which lost 2.76% or 3.60 points to trade at 126.80 in late trade. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 2.54% or 37.0 points to end at 1417.0 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) shed 1.95% or 5.6 points to 281.9.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 66 to 57 and 13 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 4.77% or 2.30 to $45.89 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 3.83% or 1.92 to hit $48.20 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.36% or 4.69 to trade at $1292.81 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.30% to 6.6146, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4376.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.27% at 96.76.
