Dropbox (NASDAQ:DBX) shares rose more than 4% after-hours following the company’s reported Q2 results, with EPS of $0.51 coming in better than the consensus estimate of $0.46.
Revenue grew 8.7% year-over-year (up 11.2% on a constant currency basis) to $622.5 million, compared to the consensus estimate of $614.2M.
Total ARR ended at $2.5 billion, representing a 7.2% year-over-year increase. Paying users ended at 18.04M, compared to 17.37M for the same period last year. The average revenue per paying user was $138.94, compared to $133.34 for the same period last year.
“In Q2, we delivered a solid quarter beating our guidance across all metrics, and introduced exciting AI-powered product experiences to our customers, including Dropbox Dash and Dropbox AI,” said CEO Drew Houston.
