Dell CEO Michael Dell confirmed the collaboration on X, revealing that Dell and Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) are creating an "AI factory" to support xAI's needs.

Musk previously stated that training the Grok 2 model required 20,000 Nvidia H100 GPUs, and future models will need 100,000 H100 chips.
He aims to have the supercomputer operational by fall 2025.
xAI, founded by Musk, is positioned as a competitor to Microsoft-backed OpenAI and Google (NASDAQ:GOOGL)'s AI efforts.
