WARSAW, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Poland's third biggest power
producer Enea ENAE.WA said on Thursday it planned to give
Bogdanka's shareholders LWBP.WA more time to respond to its
takeover bid.
Earlier on Thursday shareholders in coal miner Bogdanka
rejected a motion that would limit new shareholders rights, in a
move signalling they are not willing to block the takeover bid
announced earlier by Enea.
According to the original plan, Bogdanka shareholders could
declare to sell their shares to Enea until Oct. 16.
