** British Columbia Premier Christy Clark says her government has reached a financial deal with Kinder Morgan (NYSE:KMI) KMI.N worth as much as C$1 billion ($766.69 million) over the next two decades, satisfying her demands that British Columbia gets a fair share of the economic benefits from the expansion of the Trans Mountain pipeline.
** The Calgary Real Estate Board predicted home sales in the city would rise by 3 per cent this year to 18,335, but would remain slightly below 2015 levels and well below the more than 25,000 resale homes that changed hands in 2014.
