QMIS TBS Capital Group (QMIX) has filed for a proposed IPO.
The company describes itself as: "QMIS TBS Capital Group Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), was incorporated on November 21, 2019, under the name TBS Capital Management Group Corp.. As a holding company with no material operations of its own, the Company conducts its operations primarily through its wholly owned subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Malaysia."
Pacific Century Securities will serve as sole underwriter.
