Proactive Investors - 11:30am: Sabina Gold & Silver, Clean Seed Capital Group shares advance sharply

Sabina Gold & Silver Corp (Sabina Gold and Silver Corp (TSX:SBB)) shares jumped 12% to $1.77 on Monday after the emerging gold mining company agreed to be acquire by B2Gold Corp (TSX TSX:BTO) in an all-stock transaction valued at about C$1.1 billion. Sabina shareholders will receive 0.3867 of a B2Gold common share for each Sabina share held.

As well, shares of Nano One Materials Corp (TSX:NANO, OTC:NNOMF) (Nano One Materials Corp (TSX:NANO, OTC:NNOMF)) gained 7% to $3.02 as the clean technology company said it has been awarded $10 million in non-dilutive, non-repayable contributions from Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC).

Nano One noted the funds will support the conversion of its recently acquired Candiac facility to the patented One-Pot Process for industrial-scale pilot production of lithium iron phosphate (LFP).

Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd (TSX-V:CSX) (TSXV:NASDAQ:CSX), meanwhile, reported the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mahindra and Mahindra Limited to bring the SMART Seeder technology to India and to collaborate on other related opportunities to benefit each other’s business interests. Clean Seed Capital Group stock popped 40% to $0.335.

And, CBLT Inc (TSXV:CBLT) shares rose 25% to $0.05 on Monday after the junior explorer announced assay results from samples taken from pegmatite occurrences at Shatford Lake in Manitoba in October, 2022, saying the samples contain anomalous tin, tantalum, and rubidium with local anomalous lithium.

CBLT added that it is highly encouraged by these multi-element anomalies, which management believes to be indicative of a LCT (lithium, caesium, tantalum)-type pegmatite.
