Buy it for the dividend value at this time, and wait. And perhaps wait some more. Until the shakeout in the markets are stabilized and back to the the original formula for generating on-going steady cash-flow with higher occupancy, it's currently bargain priced, but only if you are in a buy-and-hold kind of mood right now.
