South Valley Cement Company SAE (SVCC) is an Egypt-based company engaged in the manufacture of cement and its associated products, as well as a range of building materials products. The Company’s product portfolio consists of three main categories: clinker, Portland ordinary cement and ready mix concrete. The Company’s main production facility is located in the Beni Suef Industrial Zone, in Middle Egypt, approximately 130 km south of Cairo, which is engaged in the operation of milling clinker and bagging cement. The Company also owns and manages a portfolio of diverse multi sector direct and indirect investments. In addition, SVCC focuses on the establishment of seven ready mix stations in six industry spots in Egypt, including Beni Suef, Borg El Arab, Madinty (2 stations), Sadat City and North Suez Gulf.
