Investing.com - Consumer confidence within the euro zone fell less-than-expected last month, industry data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, European Commission said that Euro zone consumer confidence fell to an annual rate of -7.9, from -7.2 in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -7.3.

Analysts had expected Euro zone consumer confidence to fall -8.0 last month.
