Investing.com - The unemployment rate in the euro zone fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Tuesday.

In a report, Eurostat said that the rate of unemployment fell to a seasonally adjusted 10.3%, from 10.4% in the preceding month.

Analysts had expected the unemployment rate to remain unchanged at 10.4% last month.
