* OceanaGold & Romarco receive shareholder approval
* Shareholders of co and Romarco voted in favour of resolutions necessary to give effect to plan of arrangement under business corporations act
* Plan of arrangement under the business corporations act pursuant to which OceanaGold will acquire Romarco
* OceanaGold and Romarco expect to seek final order approving arrangement from the supreme court of British Columbia on or about September 30, 2015
* Says expected that the arrangement will close on or about October 1, 2015
