* Reports second quarter results
* Qtrly loss per share $0.80
* Says in January 2016, the operating cost savings target was updated to $80
million
* Cost reductions are expected to come from combination of acquisition
synergies and further reorganization of co's operations
* Says will continue to explore and review alternatives to improve its capital
structure and liquidity
* Review will consider various options, including non-core asset sales, cost
reductions, revenue enhancements and initiatives
* Says has implemented net annualized cost savings of about $55 million of
operating costs, since July 2015
