Plata Latina Minerals Corporation is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, and evaluating mineral property assets, principally in Mexico. It holds interests in four Mexican mineral properties - Naranjillo, Vaquerias, Palo Alto and La Joya. The Naranjillo property is located in the central part of the Mexican Silver Belt in the state of Guanajuato, approximately 32 kilometers north-northwest of the city of Celaya, and consists of 20,655 hectares. The property is situated approximately 35-40 kilometers southeast of the Guanajuato silver and gold district. Its three properties Vaquerias, Palo Alto and La Joya together comprise six mineral concession licenses. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Plaminco S.A. de C.V., Minera Central Vaquerias S.A. de C.V., Minera Exploradora del Centro S.A. de C.V., Servicio PLMC, and Plata Latina US Ltd.
