* Q1 sales C$354 million versus C$332 million
* Says "recent drop in the value of the Canadian dollar will have a favourable
impact on financial results"
* Says company expects a significant improvement in the year-over-year
operating results
* There will be very little change in US dollar and euro prices year-over-year,
but there will likely be a 1% to 2% reduction due to sales mix
* Says negotiations with specialty cellulose customers for calendar 2016 prices
and volumes are now completed
* Says lumber markets are currently difficult to assess
