NEW YORK, July 13 (Reuters) -
* The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX .GSPTSE fell 6.30 points, or 0.04 percent, to 16,561.12.
* The biggest contributor to the TSX loss was Toronto-Dominion Bank TD.TO with 5.3 net index points. Materials was the top sector contributor with 6.9 net points.
* Leading the index were CES Energy Solutions Corp CEU.TO , up 3.2 percent, PrairieSky Royalty Ltd PSK.TO , up 2.9 percent, and Birchcliff Energy Ltd BIR.TO , higher by 2.8 percent.
* Lagging shares were Alaris Royalty Corp AD.TO , down 3.7 percent, Cascades Inc CAS.TO , down 3.7 percent, and Aurora Cannabis Inc ACB.TO , lower by 3.5 percent.
* On the TSX, 108 issues advanced and 130 declined as a 0.8-to-1 ratio favored decliners. There were 9 new highs and 3 new lows, with total volume of 140.6 million shares.
* The most heavily traded shares by volume were Aurora Cannabis Inc ACB.TO , Bombardier Inc BBDb.TO and Cenovus Energy Inc CVE.TO .
* West Texas Intermediate crude futures CLc1 rose 0.55 percent, or $0.39, to $70.72 a barrel. Brent crude LCOc1 rose 0.71 percent, or $0.53, to $74.98 O/R
* The TSX is up 2.2 percent for the year.
