Nov 5 (Reuters) - Stock futures for Canada's main index edged higher on Monday, ahead of U.S. congressional midterm elections.
December futures on the S&P/TSX index SXFc1 were up 0.22 percent at 7:00 a.m. ET.
Reserve assets total data is due at 8:15 a.m. ET.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX .GSPTSE closed down 30.87 points, or 0.20 percent, to 15,119.28 on Friday. Jones Industrial Average e-mini futures 1YMc1 were up 0.11 percent at 6:55 a.m. ET, while S&P 500 e-mini futures ESc1 were up 0.16 percent and Nasdaq 100 e-mini futures NQc1 were up 0.24 percent. .N
