Dec 13 (Reuters) - Stock futures pointed to a lower opening for Canada's main stock index on Thursday as oil prices fell, under pressure from high global inventories and a smaller-than-expected drawdown in U.S. crude stockpiles.
December futures on the S&P/TSX index SXFc1 were down 0.17 percent at 7:00 a.m. ET.
Canada's new home prices data is due at 8:30 a.m. ET
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX .GSPTSE rose 115.23 points, or 0.79 percent, to 14,783.06 on Wednesday. Jones Industrial Average e-mini futures 1YMc1 were down 0.18 percent at 7:00 a.m. ET, while S&P 500 e-mini futures ESc1 were down 0.09 percent and Nasdaq 100 e-mini futures NQc1 were up 0.08 percent. .N
