Oct 1 (Reuters) - Stock futures pointed to a higher opening for Canada's main stock index on Tuesday, as oil prices rebounded on reports of lower output from the world's largest oil producers.
December futures on the S&P/TSX index SXFc1 were up 0.22% at 7:00 a.m. ET.
Canada's GDP data is due at 8:30 a.m. ET, followed by Markit Manufacturing PMI data at 9:30 a.m. ET.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's TSX fell 0.21% to 16,658.63 on Monday. Jones Industrial Average e-mini futures 1YMc1 were up 0.19% at 7:00 a.m. ET, while S&P 500 e-mini futures ESc1 were up 0.19% and Nasdaq 100 e-mini futures NQc1 were up 0.26%. .N
