Proactive Investors - Investors and analysts alike will be watching Thursday for whether Dell Inc . (NYSE:DELL) can ride the coattails of its surging artificial intelligence (AI) partner NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) when the company reports second-quarter earnings after the bell.
Dell offers some exposure to Nvidia’s success through Project Helix, an effort to help businesses use breakthrough generative AI that the two companies launched in May. For the quarter, analysts expect Dell to report earnings of $1.14 per share on revenue of $20.78 billion, compared to $1.68 per share and revenue of $26.43 billion a year ago.
Meanwhile, analysts at Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) see a potential upside to both sales and margins for Lululemon Athletica (NASDAQ:LULU) when the athletic apparel company reports its second-quarter financial results.
“We expect a continuation of balanced growth across products, gender, and channels will drive confidence that the playbook of diversified growth remains intact,” the analysts wrote in a note to clients.
