** Technicolor SA TCH.PA has been exploring options that include a full or partial sale of the French digital media company, as its set-top box business struggles because of higher prices for memory chips, people familiar with the matter said. Payments processor Visa Inc (NYSE:V) V.N said it is taking a minority stake in Indian payment gateway BillDesk, as it seeks to grab a bigger slice of one of the fastest growing digital payments markets in the world. LyondellBasell Industries NV (NYSE:LYB) LYB.N is close to presenting a binding offer to acquire control of Brazilian petrochemical company Braskem SA BRKM5.SA , two people with knowledge of the matter said. General Electric Co GE.N said its lending arm has sold a $1.5 billion healthcare equipment finance portfolio to U.S. lender TIAA Bank for an undisclosed sum. Siemens SIEGn.DE and Alstom ALSO.PA said they will not seek a hearing in front of European Union regulators to address antitrust concerns about their planned rail merger.
