** Applegreen APGNA.L said it would be taken private by a consortium led by its founders and Blackstone (NYSE:BX) Infrastructure Partners in a deal that values the Irish petrol station operator at about 718.1 million euros ($877.66 million). Siemens Energy ENR1n.DE has no plans to sell all or parts of Siemens Gamesa SGREN.MC , CEO Christian Bruch told German business newspaper Handelsblatt, following earlier reports it had received approaches for the wind turbine business. British power producer SSE SSE.L said it has agreed to sell its portfolio of natural gas exploration and production assets to UK-based upstream energy company Viaro Energy for 120 million pounds ($161 million). Elliott Capital Advisors ECAL.UL offer to buy Aryzta ARYN.S has lapsed after the Swiss-Irish baked goods maker rejected its approach, the U.S. financial investor said on Tuesday. Swedish builder Skanska SKAb.ST is selling a 95% stake in office property 2+U in Seattle, Washington, to South Korea's Hana Alternative Asset Management and Hana Financial Group 086790.KS for about $669 million. China's ByteDance is in talks to buy into mobile games publisher CMGE Technology Group Ltd 0302.HK , four people with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters, as the owner of short video app TikTok moves to strengthen its next pillar of growth. Ouster Inc, a U.S. startup that makes lidar sensors for self-driving cars and smart cities, said it has agreed to go public through a merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Colonnade Acquisition Corp CLA.N . Metal windows and doors maker Janus International Group LLC, backed by private equity firm Clearlake Capital, said it is merging with a blank-check company Juniper Industrial Holdings Inc JIH.N . The Canadian government has rejected Shandong Gold Mining's bid to acquire Canada's debt-saddled TMAC Resources TMR.TO , the companies said, with the Chinese miner adding that the sale was blocked on national security grounds. Barcelona-based cellphone mast operator Cellnex CLNX.MC is seen as the frontrunner to buy mobile infrastructure from Poland's Cyfrowy Polsat CPS.WA , two sources familiar with the deal said. Alaska Airlines ALK.N has agreed to buy 23 Boeing (NYSE:BA) Co BA.N 737 MAX 9 jets, the companies said, confirming an Oct. 8 Reuters report that the U.S. planemaker was in talks with Alaska to stimulate demand for the jet's comeback.
