Dec 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Wednesday:

** Billionaire Vincent Bollore, the biggest shareholder in Vivendi VIV.PA , is poised to expand his activities in French media with the acquisition of Prisma Media. Mexican airport operator OMA OMAB.MX said that shareholder Fintech Holdings and its affiliates are considering launching a bid to raise their stake to up to 40% of OMA's outstanding shares, from a current 14.7%. An Italian administrative court has annulled a watchdog ruling capping French media giant Vivendi's VIV.PA stake in Mediaset MS.MI , a court document showed, in a blow to the Italian broadcaster run by ex-prime minister Silvio Berlusconi's family. Canada rejected Shandong Gold Mining's bid for indebted TMAC Resources TMR.TO , the companies said, amid concerns about a Chinese state-owned entity operating in the country's sensitive Arctic region. British Land Plc BLND.L said it had sold a 75% stake in three buildings in London's West End for 401 million pounds ($538.8 million), as real estate developers struggle with a slowdown in office lease renewals and rent collections. Swedish real estate firm SBB SBBb.ST raised its cash and stock bid for Norway's Entra ENTRA.OL to 34.6 billion Norwegian crowns ($4.0 billion), exceeding an offer made by rival Castellum CAST.ST, SBB said in a statement. Iceland plans to sell 25% of Islandsbanki to raise at least $250 million next year in a domestic listing of the state-owned bank, media outlet Kjarninn reported. Brazilian state-controlled oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA PETR4.SA has started the process to sell its 51% stake in the Brazil-Bolivia gas pipeline as part of a divestment programme, the company said in a securities filing. South Africa's telecoms regulator, ICASA, said on Wednesday it will challenge a court application by state-owned Telkom seeking to halt the auction of high-demand spectrum licences.
