According to a report by Bloomberg, US authorities have received 758 complaints concerning Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) vehicles unexpectedly braking. The electric vehicle manufacturer must respond to the issue by June 20th. Tesla has issued several recalls this year. However, the latest complaint count to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has more than doubled since February.

These latest complaints come as the company’s stock has taken a 4.6% dip in pre-market trading following a reported hiring freeze at the company. An email seen by Reuters has CEO Elon Musk calling for a 10% cut in Tesla jobs worldwide saying that he has a “super bad feeling” about the economy.
