Sabre Gold Mines Corp is a diversified, multi-asset gold producer in North America. The Company holds 100% ownership of both the fully licensed and permitted Copperstone gold mine located in Arizona, United States and the Brewery Creek gold mine located in Yukon, Canada. The Company also holds other investments and projects at varying stages of development. The Company’s two advanced projects have approximately 1.5 million ounces of gold in the measured and indicated categories and approximately 1.2 million ounces of gold in the Inferred category. Both Copperstone and Brewery Creek have considerable exploration upside with a combined land package of over 230 square kilometers (km2). The Copperstone Mine is situated in LaPaz County, in Western Arizona, within the Walker Lane mineral belt where it intersects gold provinces in Southern California and Western Arizona. The Brewery Creek project is located approximately 55 km east of Dawson City, Yukon.
