Canadian Convertibles Plus Fund is a closed-ended fixed income mutual fund of fund launched and managed by Fiera Capital Corporation. It invests in the fixed income markets of Canada. The fund primarily invests through a forward agreement in units of the Diversified Convertible Trust, which in turn invests in convertible debentures of corporate issuers. It focuses on such factors as historical and projected cash flow of the issuer, overall debt levels of an issuer, key financial ratios of the issuer, business prospects of the issuer, and absolute and relative size of the convertible debenture issue to create its portfolio. Canadian Convertibles Plus Fund was formed on February 23, 2011 and is domiciled in Canada.
