Binastra Corporation Berhad, an investment holding company, engages in general contractor and property developer, building and civil engineering works in turnkey projects in Malaysia. It operates through System Integration and Maintenance Services, Construction and Investment holding segments. The System Integration and Maintenance Services segment offers turnkey engineering design and integration, programme management, installation, commissioning and; the provision of electronic systems testing and repair. The Construction segment offers construction work and related services. It also involved in the transportation and logistics business. The company was formerly known as Comintel Corporation Bhd and changed its name to Binastra Corporation Berhad in March 2024. Binastra Corporation Berhad was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
