Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the distribution and logistics, retail, automotive and engineering, property development and management, and infrastructure businesses in Cyprus. It operates through Retail Trade, Import and Distribution, Property and Management of Real Estate, and Other Operating Activities segments. The company engages in the retail trade of fashion items, cosmetics, DIY items, household appliances, building products, and vehicles; import and distribution of branded consumer products, cosmetics, and luxury perfumes; ownership, development, and management of real estate and large projects, such as department stores, which include fashion stand-alone stores and cafés; and investing activities. It also imports and distributes food, beverages, and household products; and tobacco products. In addition, the company distributes passenger vehicles; commercial vehicles comprising vans, lorries, trucks, and buses; heavy machinery consisting of earthmoving equipment, generating sets, marine engines, telehandlers, and photovoltaics; tires; professional tools; lighting products; and spare parts, as well as provides auto leasing and after-sales support services. Further, it is involved in the development and management of shopping malls, department stores, retail outlets, resorts, and residential properties; and the construction, operation, terminal development, and management of airports. The company was incorporated in 1977 and is based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc is a subsidiary of N.K.Shacolas (Holdings) Limited.
