In addition, the company is involved in organizing real estate exhibitions and real estate auctions; contribution in the infrastructure of residential, commercial, and industrial areas and projects through system and management of real estate facilities; and general trading and contracting activities. The company was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Dar Al-Thuraya Real Estate Co. K.S.C. (Public) is a subsidiary of Al Madar Investment Company K.S.C.P.
