DeepRock Minerals Inc. is a mineral exploration and development company. The Company’s projects include Zapozilor Polymetallic project, Golden Gate project and Ralleau VMS project. The Zapozilor Polymetallic project has approximately 7.641 square kilometer (km2) concession comprising underground precious and polymetallic exploration and production development located in the northern extents of Romania’s Apuseni mountain range in Bihor County. The Golden Gate project is in Gloucester County about 11 approximately km NW of mining center of Bathurst, New Brunswick and has approximately 13 claim units totaling 270 hectares. The Ralleau VMS project has approximately 59 claims totaling 33.24 km2 straddles both the Cameron and Barry Deformation Zones. Its sits are between the east boundary of Osisko Metal’s Osborne-Bell Gold/VMS project and the west boundary of Osisko Metal’s Windfall Lake Gold Project, with Ralleau’s east border less than 25 km from Osisko’s active Windfall Gold property.
