If that was a genuine PP at $55 why are insiders selling shares ?
Agree Boubou, if we get a market crash target on this stock is $12 to $15, just a market corection then $22 to $25. Could be wrong but don’t see them getting taken over after this last deal. Too many players in this field. Kerp eye on insider sales.
Share price is insanely high imo. They have a lot to prove to stay this pricey.
This company has never show a profit but they do have a large cash reserve. So once this new deal is done it’s easy tio work out book value, including assets its about $3 a share. So trading at 13x book value which is very high for a speculative entity. Worth warching to see where it ends up.
So after this takeover transaction IONQ will have over 1.3 Billion shares outstanding and it’s still losing money ? Seems the hype in quantum never ends. Interesting that Amazons been selling their holdings.
