The company intends to acquire a 51% interest in a contiguous land package for copper mining and exploration, which covers an area of 6,214 hectares located in the Kaoko Copper Belt in the Kunene Region of north-western Namibia. It also holds royalty income from the Nayéga manganese mine in Togo and the Diamond Creek phosphate operation in Utah in the United States.In addition, the company provides advisory and brokerage services in the United Kingdom. Okopa plc was formerly known as Keras Resources PLC and changed its name to Okopa plc in October 2026. Okopa plc was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Cobham, the United Kingdom.
