The company offers tourism, resort, events and MICE organization activities, airline ticketing booking services, domestic and international golf tours, and package tour services; mosquito killers; and replacement parts, warranty, and maintenance and repair services for medical equipment. It also distributes pesticide drugs, foliar and root fertilizers, growth stimulants, and various supporting services, as well as natural stone products for use in interior and exterior decoration under FLC stone brand. In addition, the company operates KLF Kindergarten Hanoi, an education service provider for preschool. Further, it imports and distributes specialized medical equipment for hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities, such as diagnostic imaging, functional diagnostic, operating room, laboratory, physical therapy, medical waste treatment, and anti-infection equipment; and iron and stainless-steel products, including hot rolled steel wires and sheets, steel coils and plates, cold rolled coils, industrial pipes, bars, v-angle bars, wires, nets, cables, and accessories. The company was formerly known as KLF Joint Venture Global Investment Joint Stock Company and changed its name to CFS Investment and Import Export Trading Joint Stock Company in January 2019. CFS Investment and Import Export Trading Joint Stock Company was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Hanoi City, Vietnam.
