Frontage Holdings Corporation is a holding company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are to provide laboratory and related services to pharmaceutical and agrochemical companies. The Company is a contract research organization (CRO) providing integrated, science-driven, product development services throughout the drug discovery and development process to enable life science companies to achieve their drug development goals. The North America segment includes laboratory testing, chemistry, manufacturing and control (CMC), preclinical research, early stage clinical/bioequivalence and chemistry services in the USA and Canada. PRC segments include laboratory testing, CMC, preclinical research, early stage clinical/ bioequivalence and chemistry services in the PRC. Its preclinical research services consist of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic (DMPK) and safety and toxicology.
