GFG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based precious metals exploration company. The principal business of the Company is to acquire, explore and develop interests in exploration and evaluation assets. The Company is focused on two prospective gold assets in tier one mining jurisdictions, Ontario and Wyoming. The Company operates three gold projects in Ontario, within the prolific gold district of Timmins, Ontario, Canada. The Montclerg Gold Project is located approximately 48 kilometers (km) east of Timmins, Ontario. The Pen Gold Project is located 50 km southwest of the prolific gold district and town of Timmins, Ontario. The Dore Gold Project is located approximately 40 km east of Newmont’s Borden Gold Mine and 30 km northwest of IAMGOLD’s Cote Lake gold project in Ontario. It also owns 100% of the Rattlesnake Hills Gold Project located in Central Wyoming approximately 100 km southwest of Casper on the western side of Natrona County. It comprises of 1,573 unpatented lode mining claims.
